Hello everyone.

For those of you who use a custom predator xxh, what advantages would i get using the more expensive line guides?

Weight saving would be the obvious advantage, but on a heavy blank used to cast 25oz lures, does it matter?

Any other advantages, such as less drag for casting distance?

Cheers for any info.

I only have the fancy ones, so I can’t say much but from what I’m told the difference is not big. I will probably downgrade on my next one to save some money.

I think Torzites become more beneficial the longer you decide to go. The difference I noticed is in the weight towards the tip.

I have Titanium guides on my XXH Pred. It was a gift so not my choice but I am certainly not complaining. I have titanium or Torzite on some lighter blanks but to your point on a heavy blank your not really getting noticeable benefit (IMHO)
