The area that it happened is a high current area. the busiest stretch in minaki by far as far as boat traffic . Water clarity is decent. Certainly not crystal clear but not too stained.

Maybe even smart enough to do some research and not to jump to conclusion so quickly. "Kooks", I think that's the word Mr. Viola(guy with grey hair) used in the interview. Probably one too many for this forum No offense(taken).
