Got a visit from this small speckled Easter Musky while fishing in the Green River.
My year is starting off with small fish.
I did wind up catching a bunch of crappie and a couple of walleye for an afternoon Easter fish fry.
Of course, the Musky wasn't invited.
Happy Easter!

Pretty fish. You in the woodbury area or closer to the tailwater, I just started fishing the confluence of barren and green, love it.

I was closer to the tailwaters. I have fished most of the stretches all the way to woodbury, especially near and through the Mammoth Cave Park area. There have been some big ones caught down that way this winter. I know of a couple of 50s and a 51 caught down that way.
I think I'm going to concentrate on catching little muskies this year. That seems to be what I'm doing so far anyway. My Son and I went again this evening and caught another small one right before the storm hit.
