Only when under stress with a hard pulling bait, clicks and drives me crazy.
Anybody have this? Fix?

Does it feel like it's fully engaging when you first turn the handle after a cast or doesn't it slip a little? Or is it more out in the handle knob?

I'd say one of the anti reverse pawls is off the ratchet

its clearly in the knob, i dont believe its in the reel itself. the reel seems to be engaging and working properly but it just clicks in the knob.

drives me nuts,

pull the knob off, repack with grease, and re-assemble. This fixed one of mine that clicked.

Check your drag star adjustment-it may be bent. Saw this once before had to bend back for one of the guys on a Canadian trip which got his through till we got back to order replacement.
