I can't pick up a gps signal on a lowrance lms 337. is there suppose to be a on and off toggle switch for the puck ? I got the unit from a friend and I know that it is old everything works except the gps no signal comes up on the screen. If I need to put a switch in can someone tell me how to do it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Doesn't have a separate power cable. It's powered thru your depthfinder. If your depthfinder has power so does the 2000 module. Your 2000 may need updating. You can do that at the Lowrance site. Just make sure to update the 2000 before you update your depthfinder.

Thank you I figured it out it was the power cord. It has a pos. and neg. for the fish finder and a pos. and neg. for the puck I undid the wires and saw that only 1 pos. and neg. was hooked up so I put the other pos. and neg. to a on and off toggle switch and now it picks up a gps signal with the switch on.
