I'll be heading up to Leech in the end of July with my Father in law, and wanted to take him out with a guide for a bit. Any recommendation for the area? I know it might be late notice to get one, but we're pretty flexible on time/date during our trip.

Thanks!

I would recommend Dan Craven. 218-547-2869 is the number off one of his old cards. Should still be good

Dan Craven introduced me to Leech lake and is a superb guide ( I caught 2 he caught 2 on 8 casts) and person to share a boat with. Last year I fished with Capt Phillip Bauerly and he was incredible. Walleyes in the morning for our group and muskies (jumping around the boat, caught one) and more walleyes after lunch. Can't go wrong with either one, both are top notch guides.

I think Jeff "Jiggy" Andersen guides on Leech some as well? Another good option, seems like he would be fun to fish with
