Hey all,
Got one of these recently and was wondering what you do to rig these things.

Wondering a couple things,
The treble seems kind of small, but easily upgraded with a larger one via split ring.
What kind of leader material/Technique do you guys use with these little dudes?

Straight retrieve or like a jerk/twitch?

Has anyone had any success with them? It looks fantastic (Caught a fisherman already.. LOL) just wondering what ins and outs others have had with them.

Any input appreciated,

I rig all lone thru lures with wire, with the lline thru system the teeth of a fish will always be in contact with the leader every time you hook up so fluro is a definit no go for me.

I rig all of mine with wire funny every fish I have caught on mine have been on the single hook in back. As far as retrieve I get a lot of follows on the jerk and twitch but have never caught one on anything but a straight retrieve. Mine has had probably 20 fish caught on it.

the baits themselves are awesome and lifelike..the rigging provided is left much to be desired. the horizontal position of the single treble provided leaves much to be desired as far as hooking %'s.
replacing the curved wire keeper with a hook and barb,tighter bend is much more secure as a keeper especially when casting.
2 split rings 1 slightly larger than the other slipped and put together over 2 of the hooked then the hooked trimmed to size works well.
the hanging swinging hook application is prob at least 50% closer to 75% better hooker than the stationary horizontal application provided. the addition of the 2nd hook further back on a solid wire extension seals it.
i went to a shorter 90# braided wire for the leader vs the 2' of 175#+ shinier wire origionally used. bait will/can still release from bait after hook set.

I'm a little o.t., but I used the large Wolf Creek harness to rig up a S.G. 3D Burbot, I have no experience with this in the water yet though. I'm still working on the 10" S.G. Gizzard Shad. I'm thinking the smaller Wolf Creek harness might work, and then just attach a regular leader? I will probably end up making my own, still looking for ideas here too. I'm looking forward to tinkering with these in the next few weeks and see how they run in the water.

Is there a big benefit to running these line-through, as opposed to an external harness?

Thanks Herbie and the gang! Some great ideas here that I'm going to try.

First cast I made with it had a low 30's follow it, so the bait has some potential...
