A couple week long trips to hayward area. Few short trips to other lakes in wi to fish a couple different lakes. Maybe try the fox chain, and fish locally a bit more.

I'm thinking about hitting up Anchor Bay on LSC to chase after the World's Greatest Sport Fish, the elusive rock bass.    I'm still amazed that they can get their mouths around a 5/0 musky treble.

In between all the bass fishing I enjoy doing in the northwoods, there will be the usual putzing around for local muskies around the Minocqua WI area. Some other in-state trips I'd like to do if time allows would be the following:

- trolling trip out of Green Bay
- learning and exploring the Menominee River
- hitting up the Chequamegon Bay out of Ashland and Washburn for smallmouth

Long distance trips being planned is a trip to LOTW with some new buddies. Usually fish from the angle but this year will be thru Morson and Obabikon resort. Additionally, a multi-species and bass fishing trip to Rainy Lake (north arm via. Camp Narrows) will be taken as well.

Last but not least, a long weekend trip to Mille Lacs for smallmouth bass is being planned for late summer/ early fall.
