Try heating them with a hair drier, and using an old credit card as a scraper might help. Once you get them off, some isopropyl alcohol might help getting the glue residue off. Edited by Chemi 4/18/2015 11:33 AM

Posts: 1283 | West marine sells a product called sticker off also to help get the residue off but the hair dryer and CC work well for the actual sticker Edited by achotrod 4/18/2015 12:14 PM

Posts: 4269 Location: Ashland WI | I just did this. Used a hair dryer to help get the stickers off, and then WD-40 to help with the residue.

Posts: 410 Location: With my son on the water | Goo Gone It is a Citrus based product designed specifically for (stickers , Labels , Etc) Squirt it on and let it soak in a bit and everything comes off great and easy. It will not touch the paint. I am sure Wallmat has it. Have a good day. Edited by btfish 4/18/2015 1:30 PM

Just did this myself too. Used a blade from a block plane to remove the stickers, then sprayed goo gone on the residue; let sit for a few minutes, used the blade again, then finished with a non-scratch scouring pad. Took about 20 minutes with very little elbow power. Heading down to the local print shop next week for a custom reg# decal.

Posts: 383 | Heat gun. I had all the decals off a Lund Pro V in 10 minutes using one. You can get a good one inexpensively at Menards.
