Who besides me would have dropped the musky rods and spent the rest of the day smallmouth fishing after that?
Oh yeah! Last year out in Hayward fishing LCO. Obviously smaller musky population, but the small mouth fishing MY GOD!!! Unbelievable! The wife herself boated a 17" a 19" 20" and 22" and a 22.5 within ten minutes of each other. Just unreal. Best smallie fishing I have ever seen, with the one exception of maybe Rainy lake |

| 23" largemouth on furnace lake. 24" Smallmouth on St. Pierre. Lost what looked to be an 8lb. Smallie on LSC. I hear LSC has some real giants. 41" of smallmouth on one cast is pretty cool. |

In a heart beat. I love musky fishing. But it sure feels good to set the hook a lot in one day. |

| Biggest caught was probably only 3 lbs, but biggest I've seen was probably 5 lbs or more that actually followed my bucktail back to the boat. Too bad he didn't bite in the 8 lol |
