I've got a pile going in the basement so far.
Just pulled out my spreadsheet for Vermilion.
Pile will be getting bigger.

I'm gonna make cheesedip for the fish fry. My beans are really good, but I don't want you guys waking up the people in cabins while fishing at night.

I just looked at the weather channel.com and it says the high on Saturday is 80 and only 58 on Sunday. Slowly climbing back to upper 70s by the end of the week. Is that going to kill the bite?

Guys, I just upgraded to a newer RV with 5 Slide outs...... But this thing is a shack compared to the one that Nick59 had to show,.... I gotta get one of those.
I'll see you fellas soon.
I gotta work until wens....... Campfires are doable.

Sue and I will be there either Saturday evening or Sunday morning, I will be in Baudette tomorrow through Saturday evening's banquet covering the Pay It Forward Veterans Event on LOTW MN. it's a very cool event and we both are looking forward to it, but Vermilion IS calling me to her back bays.

I think the cool weather should sustain the bite and maybe fire it up even more.

I have trolling gear packed this time so Sue can fish muskies some.

And the Crappies and big Gills are in deep poo.

I am bringing about 30 prizes from Suick Lures, Naze Baits, and a special surprise for about 15 of the folks at the outing. All the prizes I am hauling in are courtesy of and donated by MuskieFIRST on behalf of our friends at Suick and Naze Baits. Just about everyone should win a nice lure, T shirt, or neat prize for your rod to make double 10s easier to manage.

I'll have a Toro S there for you to try if you want to cast it a couple times, strapped to a 8/6" Legend Elite, and a Beast on a 9'7" Abu Beast rod, too. No, you can't 'borrow' them for the day.

Packing and shopping for the trip tonight. Gotta mow the lawn quick as well before I leave. Boat is, and has been ready for a while now!

'Spring Bay Steve' caught me driving through the area today on the way to Baudette and gave me a call. Sounds like we are going to have a very good time up there!
