Yes any reels I have now I"ll try to get done by the show so U can pickup at the Chicago Musky Show, just email me so I know.
I will also have a booth at the MN Musky Show so U can pickup reels there also.
I Also this year I'll be selling Reel Lube Kits and Reel Drag Washer Grease.

Location: Madison | Pike master, what do you think about the guys putting calcutta 300d gears in the 400d? Is there any diff between the 300d and 400d besides size (line capacity?) I have a 300d and like it a lot, wondering if I'm missing anything tho. |

I do that swap alot, I have 3 300D reels and one of them have the 400D gears, if U have a 300D it has 30 inches of line pickup, great for topwater or jerk baits. Say U want a combo just for DCG 13, I would go with the 400D gears, at 27" of line pickup and it will make the harder pulling baits easier to bring in over the stock gears. |

ALL have no spools- have split over the years, Should I try any buy spools (e-bay) or am I better off getting new reels?

JIM: alot new spinning reels out there under $75.00 retail, Your Cardinal R some of the best from the past, U make the call ?????
Maybe sell them on ebay and buy a newer reel ???
I don't work on the older spinning reels, parts are very hard to find. |

Last year a bought one of the LJV reels and I really like that handle, so I'm looking for something similar to put on one of my other TE's. Thanks for the offer but I'll keep looking. The single paddle style with the little counterweights seem to be going for $50 on eBay. |

Go with the stock handle, which is a very long handle, a single paddle Power Handle will engage when the reel is casting. |

Left Hand Reels the Gears for the 401 TE Calcutta has been on back ordered for over 6 MONTHS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I got the pinion but no main gear, web site says Feb 25 2014 ??????
and I have called U Tim Jedrejczyk to keep U informed about the parts being on backorder. I feel bad but can't do anything till I have the parts.
I Hate working on left hand reels, parts are hard to get and cost twice as much as right hand reel parts. |

I know Thanks for understanding. I have have never had a part on Back Order for 6 months like this, Looks like the parts for for the older left TE reels are going to dry up sooner then we hope. |
