Nice boat!!

I like the color.

Did you put the muskie first stickers on?

It looks like I won't be the only one who can't wait until Spring. Of course spring (or at least open water) comes a little earlier for you...

I know it took me long enough but I don't know if you remember me telling you about re painting and re conditioning my trailer its in the pic with the boat on it. she loads and unloads so nice centers perfectly on the trailer and slides right off I love it how many hours dose it typically take to brake in a rebuilt motor

Nice boat! Genevea will be a hot muskie lake in a few year!

Hopefully you are tilting the motor trailering and putting in and out. I would hate to see that newly build motor or transom get torn up.

its a 1995 the motor is a 1990 mercury 115hp she is just over 18 foot long tows like it isn't even their and jumps right up on plane its rated for a 150 so I was worried that with a 115 she wouldn't go to good however with the 17 pitch prop and the planning fin she jumps right up on plane I haven't opened it up yet due to the motor being a rebuild but even at half to three quarter throttle she still dose 30 so im thinking wide open I could get almost 40 out of it but even so 30 is fine by me I love it im putting a 70 pound thrust minnkota power drive on it along with a lowrance hds 7 on the council and a lowrance that is about 3 years old that I bought used with the ram mount on the bow she rides great I love it I plan on keeping it for a while and getting her slimed up both from muskies and pike along with some trout and salmon and some bass and some pan fish with my grandfather cant wait for spring that's why come February and march its off to lake Michigan to the warm water discharges hopefully its a mild winter

I trim it up when going in and out I just wanted to let it drain a little bit before heading home and I was putting away some gear so I figured I would leave it trimmed down while doing that but yes when going in and out I trim it up and when hauling it I have it secured with a transom saver I agree Geneva will be an awesome musky fishery in a few years as long as they continue with the stocking efforts Delavan could be as well I have seen some giants while bow fishing that lake I have even lost a few giants as well while musky fishing at night on Delavan not going to say where though lol but I agree both have the making of being awesome musky fisheries as long as people practice catch and release and don't mistaken them for pike plus it would help reduce the carp population in Delavan as well

That's sort of funny. info@tuffyboats is me.

You will love that boat. The 1800 Renegade is a great muskie machine, will treat you well, and allow you to fish in some really nasty conditions. It controls well and tracks like a dream in big winds due to the deep front keel.

The color is Teal and Black Gel. I sold quite a few boats that color for a few years.

I had two, one a slightly darker teal and one purple and gunmetal. Had a buck and a half on the first boat, and a 135 on the second. A 115 ought to be a perfect combination of economy and performance.

Thanks Steve. It was a project from hell when I got it I thought it was solid hull. later I found out the transom was shot. So I had to have a new transom put in it than while having the transom done I found out the floor the previous owner put in was not done right when the guys at the fiberglass shop who were doing the transom tore into it they found that out for me so I had to have that done however I am glad I did it its a boat I can be proud to own and make a lot of good memories out of I put on my Christmas list from the family a Tuffy sweat shirt and hat hopefully that is something I get for Christmas cant wear my Lund hat and sweater when I have a Tuffy lol I gave my Lund hat and sweater to my friend because he just purchased a used pro v cant wait to get her all set up over the winter and get a little slime on it this spring. Will you be at the Milwaukee musky expo this year? hope you have a good Christmas and new years as well

Cool hope to see you so I can thank you in person for the sweet decals that you sent me for my truck and boat!! I am hoping to start my guide service and taxidermy studio this spring and its nice to be able to display the names of products you use to show that you provide good quality equipment as a guide.
