The Brainerd Lakes Muskies Inc welcomes you to come and fish the Muskie Shootout on Leech Lake. Over $6000 in cash and prizes to be won. $2000 cash for 1st place, based on full field. Meal plan and lodging available at Horseshoe Bay Resort.
Leech Lake has been one of the hottest lakes this year and we're expecting the action to continue. For the past 2 years of the tournament several 50" class muskies have been recorded. It's fall time and the muskies are starting to pack on the weight! It's a great tournament to fish with plenty of cash/prizes, food and big muskies!

Location: Brainerd,MN | Only a couple days before the tourney. A few spots still open. Weather looks to be OK. Highs in the lower 50's with south winds from light to moderate for the weekend. Water temps have dipped under 50 degrees and a few teams prefishing have been moving some fish. Registration for the tourney accepted up to the rules meeting Friday night.
