I have a Humminbird 959 and I have notice that some of my way points are really big and I can see them when I am zoomed out and others are so small I have to zoom in to see them. I can't figure out how to increase the size of the small ones.

Can anyone help me?

Change the waypoint decluttering setting and see if that helps?
