Not exactly apples to apples, but I was on Grindstone in Hayward on Tuesday and temps were just under 70 degrees in the afternoon. I may get out for a bit after work today and/or tomorrow and will try to remember to update. Some cold rain, weather, and wind yesterday might have dropped the temps a little more.

Fished another clear cisco lake by Hayward tonight. Water temps are dropping fast. Had 65 degrees when I got out at 5:00 and 64 when I left about 7:45. Wouldn't be surprised if they lose another couple degrees by the weekend.

Any chance upper and middle lake will turnover this week??? Have trip planned in 1.5 half weeks and see the forecast looks cool all week.

A buddy was bass fishing Middle Sunday and said it appeared to him that it had turned over already.

A week and half ago it was 59-62. Appeared to be in the beginning stages of turnover. One large fish by the launch head shook and spit supermodel. Charged back in 15 minutes later and boat spooked fish off. Upper 40s class fish. Another strike jump and spit 40 class flush on the southwest corner of South Bay on a supermodel. Thanks for any updates or info.
