Is there anyway to hook up a small gas tank to an outboard with an internal gas tank?

Most that I've seen have a connector for an external tank. I have 4 small outboards with internal tanks and they can all be connected to an external tank.

What model of outboard are you looking at? Looks like some might not have this. The small Honda appears to not have it.

I was looking at mercury,yamaha, evinrude...
