What would be the best rod for shallow mag dogs and reg. mag dogs, tackle industries 9' xh telescopic or the 9' xxh telescopic? Thanks

Search is your friend. Some people prefer the XH, some prefer the XXH. It is individual preference.

I have not used the xxh but the xh loads well with them and throws them well. Caught one this past weekend on that exact set up.

I use the XH for that purpose. Can't comment on the XXH.

I use the TI 9' telescoping xh as well and am very happy with that set up for dawgs.

I have both and pick up the XXH every time for rubber and DBL 10s. The XH seems stiffer to me and works better for glide & jerks. Cant really go wrong with either though.

Xxh for sure. Makes mag dawgs feel light.
