I was checking out the Trackers at Bass Pro today, and saw that the floor is not carpeted. It looked like a composite or a least a bumpy coating layered on. I will be reflooring my Alumacraft Competitor this winter and would like to look into wood alternatives. Is anyone familiar with the Tracker floor or have any suggestions?

its more than likely just vinyl flouring my buddy did his boat flour in diamond plated aluminum and coated it with lynex it looks sweet and is slip resistant because of the rubberized coating

Plus one on going vinyl. I tore all the carpet out of my Lund Pro-V and replaced it with Lund OEM camo vinyl that I found on eBay. Easy stuff to work with and no muss no fuss on the water. Here are a couple pics from earlier in the process. Hope to get some more up next week...

Looks good wish I could do that to my boat. I have a 2004 tracker targa v175 carpet is trashed. They use cheap carpet on trackers. I need to find a good replacement. Any body have any ideas on what carpet I should replace it with?

You can put vinyl in. remove the old carpet, and the surfaces smooth, and put down the vinyl. You could go one more step, and make carpet removable, too.
