Posts: 696 Location: Northern Illinois | I you were only allowed to fish 3 bodies of water for the rest of your life in Northern Wisconsin what would you choose? My choices: 1) Eagle River Chain 2) Chippewa Flowage 3) Lake Namakagon I enjoy tons of spots but these seem to have the best memories for me!

Posts: 279 | Lake Namakagon is my favorite. Great scenery, great fishing for just about ever species. Several good bars for the fish tales. That said I have never been there during peak tourist season I hear it gets pretty busy. Huge smallies , tank muskies with plenty of numbers of fish, strong largemouths, and fantastic populations of walleye and panfish. I love that lake and hope it stays the same for many years to come. That said Im sure there are plenty of other lakes around . Edited by ttrap 8/25/2013 9:44 PM
