I have a 93 Mercury 50 horse and the stator quit working. I was wondering if anyone knows a good place to get a used one because our mechanic said they quit making them and it costs alot for him to rebuild them. Thanks Jason

you might try twin city outboard in Shakopee, MN. Chances are they will have it.

You might also want to try ebay as well... might find something there too...

X2 on ebay, I got the entire ignition system for my 75hp mariner for about $100. Dealer wanted $300 just for the stator plus labor. Check ebay.
