I know that next weekend's Expo isn't a pure muskie fanatic show, but there will be a few muskie products, seminars, and resorts represented.
Muskie Mayhem will be there for sure if you are having second thoughts about not buying, "just one more custom secret bait" that you should have bought in Chicago or Milwaukee, but didn't!

Steve, Looking forward to it. It's a great multi species show. I'll be there on Saturday. Always a few muskie lures in the mix. Is Slammer (Bill) going to have a booth this year? He always has great stuff.

Have fun!

It is a great show. If your looking for a zalt lure, they are at this show. If you are into erratic baits, these lures are up your alley!

It was sad to hear the Rollie & Helens isn't going to be there though. 3 years ago we had Pastikas and R&H but now they are both gone.

Don't know why no R&H? I contacted them to see if they were bringing a few specific baits I wanted and they said they would not be here this year.

This will be my fourth time driving in for the Saturday show. I enjoy it every year, always have a few seminars that are more than worth the price of admission. My favorite was a couple of years ago when Steve Herbeck explained his technique for "slipping" the wind to maintain boat control under difficult conditions. I wasn't sharp enough to get it all, but it was priceless for learning how not to have your boat blow into where you are supposed to be placing your bait. Boy, is that ever a nifty idea. There is also a tremendous selection of stuff...say hi if you see me. Marty Forman

Slammner Crankbaits will not have their booth at the show.
As is likely the case for many vendors, it just isn't the right blend of product and show attendees.
We always had a great time with the attendees, but at the same time it is an expensive way to spend a weekend just to have fun.
Regularily, we would have attendees comment to us that they wish that they could catch fish as big as some of our baits!

Hey guys, I missed Monster Lures such as Creepenstein, Brides, and Miss Creeper. Billy Buechner will be there as well.

BillyB also informed me that he had just purchased Squirkos Lures from Keith Eldrup. He will have Baby Squirkos and custom color Jerkos & Squirkos at the show as well.

See you all then.

I'm debating whether or not to make the drive to the show. I'm mainly interested in picking up some pounders. If anybody gets the opportunity to take a picture of what color pounders are available and would be willing to post it it would be appreciated.

Thanks
