I did a boat modification and removed a livewell in the back of my boat for more floor space. In doing so, I created 3 holes in the transom that I need to permanently plug. I have some ideas but know there are a lot of smart people on here. Any thoughts?

Depends how pretty you want it to be. If cosmetics aren't important I'd take an appropriate size cork or rubber stopper with a little marine epoxy, jam it in and call it a day!

West Marine sells heavy wooden plugs that would be very useful for this project. Along with the West System epoxy to seal everything up.

I wouldn't use just a rubber cork, I would be afraid it may fall out when under power then would take on water fast without tubing to slow it down. I would use a plug for livewell that has a cam over end like an old style bilge drain. They come in many sizes and when I fish the dead of ND winter in January I have all my livewell intakes and drains plugged at the transom to keep water out of the pumps as it will freeze on the way home.

Could you just put a T in one line and hook all three together that way there are no plugs needed and it will just self drain all the time. If obviously shorten the lines. And even if one is up top and the other two are low it may help vent for hole shot depending on hull shape.

I plugged both live well inlets and drains, using the below with confidence.
