Not generally. I usually find the couple days after better than the couple days before, at least as far as evening fishing goes. Seems tougher when the moon is already up in the evening.

Day-time during/after full moon is usually good - especially mid-day when the moon is under foot, other times maybe not so good... Then, there may be a short, intense feeding window in the evening just before moon rise, then after moon rise it can go really dead. That's mainly been my experience but weather usually has a bigger effect - full moon won't override post-front effects, etc... which is kinda what's happening right now....
