Location: Elko - Lake Vermilion | Oil based Epoxy's, I prefer a High gloss Polyurethane Doesn't fade and is more durable than most Epoxy coatings.... Surface prep is So Important.
Don't get any Water Based products.
I've done about 500,000 sq.ft. of floor coatings including Aircraft Hangers for Boeing, Lear Jet, Cessna, Beechcraft, McDonnel Douglas. Raytheon, Air force, and others.
A good floor coating will cost around 7-10 bucks a sq. ft. Installed
I will always fill in low spots and saw expansion joints and Caulk them.
Acrylic Floor coating is another option. very durable
Check out some Show room floors and ask them what they used.. and who they hired to install them. Makes a huge difference who installs the coating system.
