Random quote: Muskies are nasty. They stink. They taste bad. They are hard to catch and will disappoint even the most devoted angler. The lures required cost more than some women's jewelry. The rods and reels require a remortgage of the house. The boat is always worth more than the tow vehicle. Sure beats the hell out of golf.

A new siding material for me, looks like copper circles and shines like a new penny. Basswood, 12", one rattle chamber with 1/4" ball bearing, aluminum lip.

The lip thickness on this one is 1/8". Depending on my mood and the size of the lure I vary the lip thicknesses between 1/8", 3/16", and 1/4".
