I spent a while searching around for Dick's book the other day when I saw your first post on it. WOW...those things just aren't out there to be found anymore! I didn't realize it was out of print--I should have bought one myself when I had the chance.

If I find one, I'll point you towards it.

EDIT: Have you tried to contact Dick to maybe see if he might have a copy to sell you, or (at least) if it's going to go back into print? I don't know him at all, but he did post in a thread here in the forum a week or two ago--so it seems like he's still on the grid. Might be worth a shot.
