Was checking out the lakemaster plus Rainey/ LOTW chip. It looks killer and is on sale right now. Has anyone used it yet? I have the navionics plus chip and was curious how they compare. It look d like it had more detail on the Lakemaster chip. Thanks

I've been to LOTW (Sabaskong Bay) three times with that chip in my Humminbird and it has been wonderful. You still shouldn't use it to blow by humps at high speed. What it has done is allow me to see in detail, what's below, and select specific spots and structure within those spots, in which to fish. Shut down your motor at a respectful distance from humps, islands, structure, and work them with confidence. It's a real game-changer. The more I use it, the better I like it, but do use common sense and always give respectful distance to shallow structure when in transit.
