I got fed up with resale prices so I got creative. I finished the blade this afternoon and slapped it on an old marabou bucktail for testing. It works great and pushes a lot of water. I'll fish it this weekend and report back. My cousin runs a metal shop so I'm having him cut me some on the plasma table. These are 1/8" aluminum, I think 1/16" stainless would work better.

Location: US | I had some laser cut out of 18 ga stainless and that works, but it’s still plenty thick. After getting some actual revos, it’s similar in size to an 11. I did get some action on the first cast with it so will be throwing it much more. I wouldn’t be afraid to try 20ga ss. |

Location: Waukee, IA | I'm not familiar with SS gauge thickness, I'll have to look into it a little. I thought this aluminum would be too thick but it seems to work really well. I can't wait to burn this baby on LOTW in July |

Location: Waukee, IA | Fished it yesterday, got a 44.5" muskie, it officially has potential. Im cutting the second blade tomorrow out of thinner aluminum to speed up rotation.

Location: US | I also noticed the thicker blades i made spin slower than the kramers. However, after fishing both, it's the only one i've had any action on. Have not had a ton of time on the water tho. |

Location: Waukee, IA | I kind of botched drilling the center hole which caused a rough spot on one side of the hole that rubs on the wire and metal bead creating a ringing/grinding sound when it spins. I'm going to include that in future blades to add underwater noise |
