Me and my cousin are thinking about heading up this weekend to fish the Hayward area, anyone have an idea as to how it's looking at the moment?

Location: S.W. WI
Water was 58-61 on the 4 lakes I hit. Water is cool. fishing was also.
A lot of rain last few weeks has most lake levels high.

Okay cool thank you! Yeah I don't think we are going to head up this weekend after all, we checked the weather and it is suppose to be rainy so that's a bummer, but probably soon! Might even try vilas county.

T3clay, When are u planning ur trip, and what are ur expectations? If ur going for action, Lost land and Teal lake, Ghost lake, or Moose Lake would fit the bill. If your looking for trophies, Chippewa Flowage and Lake Namekagon would work with good fall lakes being LCO,Grindstone, Round, or Whitefish. Kdawg
