I don't think so Andrew, I may be going to check on the house Sunday and I'll update.
Cedar lake has a little open along the edges, but still frozen for the most part.

You can probably just head south in Illinois and find open water where they are biting. Scott Donovan and his client got 5 today on kinkaid. Said he had hooks in 7 but only got 5 to the net.
