Location: Lake Tomahawk, WI | The final stop of the PMTT 2016 has us on beautiful Lake Miltona in West-central Minnesota. The top 35 teams are competing not only for the win here, but the coveted Top Gun (team of the year) Award. With heavy rains earlier this week, coupled with a cold front, pre-fishing reports spoke of some nice fish showing themselves, but bites remaining minimal. Miltona is known for being better when the sun shines, so anglers are optimistic about the high skies and temps pushing 60 degrees. This lake holds some great quality fish, so a few big ones will probably hit the net. Stay tuned to MuskieFIRST throughout the weekend for updated reports and standings. Location: Lake Tomahawk, WI | Word from the field is that it is a slow start to the day, with the wind choosing not to make an appearance. Sounds like a few fish have hit the net, though. JS

Location: Lake Tomahawk, WI | Sounds like the tough bite has continued, with rumors of a double and a fish over 50 inches. Most thought this wasn't going to be a numbers game, but one to capitalize on a crack or two at a big fish. JS

Location: Lake Tomahawk, WI | Day 1 Proved to be a tough one for anglers at the PMTT Championship on Lake Miltona with only 6 legal fish landed. Matt Snyder and Chris Riebe lead with a solid double of 51 and 43.5 inches. Tomorrow is looking like a slight change in weather conditions, so optimism is high for the good number of fish seen today to actually bit tomorrow. Stay tuned for up to date coverage from MUSKIEfirst.
