Lotw water temps? Anyone?

My website says 42 and that seems inaccurate

The website says 42 because that's actually air temp - they pulled the buoy out of the water on Monday afternoon. It was 53 on Sunday, touched 52 overnight, and has been on a very steady decline this year of about 1 degree per day. That buoy is up in the big basin south of Kenora, so other areas may be slightly different.

Tim, are you already up there? Is that 49-52 in the Angle?
How is the fishing???

Around 48-49 or so today. Water is still dark.
