Location: Kodiak, AK | I've searched and found some threads here and BBC, but a couple of the links and products seem to be discontinued or at least their links don't work and Google can't find them.
So there's still RockGard, but they appear to be only in Canada and have one dealership in the US in Montana. I could've sworn I'd seen a hard plastic type shield a few years ago that was actually like $400 and this RockGard thing is just mesh and they want $700+.
I've got the guard that hangs off the back of my truck, but my boat still took a beating and I'd like another level of protection on the trailer itself. Anybody have something or a link/product that is still around? |

| I have used TowTector on my hitch for years. Works well and is easy to use, doesn't cost a fortune. |

Yep, I've got one of those that I built from RV gravel guards, a piece of angle iron and a U-Bolt for like $60. Works decent, but my boat still took a beating. I'll have that on there, but also looking for something on the trailer. |

Used to be mtrockguard.com or something like that and it's a dead site now and google couldn't figure out what I was asking for. A grand is steep and I thought they were cheaper or offered a PVC/plastic version but maybe not. I gotta figure something out before I tow my beloved 200C 4,000 miles again.

| For a long drive like that...why not just shrink wrap it?
That's what they do for shipping new boats to the dealers. |

| I have been searching for something along these lines as well. This may be another option, much cheaper. I haven't been able to find too much info about them though.

Location: Roseau, MN | I have a bow buddy that I've been pretty happy with. It gives some protection to the trailer too but doesn't stop the rash on the trailer completely. Just google it. |

It is wrapped. Still a bunch of unprotected glass on it though. |
