| I live in central pa and fish a lot of smallmouth in conodoguient Creek and seen some huge musky and always has a few chases and interest in some of my bass baits and hooked into one a few days ago but wasn't using the right gear so my question is what are somw good baits and gear for a creek which at most will be 6 feet in summer and the musky holding up in shallow water 3fy or less I really wanna start musky fishing seems like it would be fun

| The simple answer is bigger versions of your bass baits and gear. A lot depends on how much you plan to fish for muskies also. A proper net, release tools, and a good hook cutter are a must if you want to land and release them safely. If you want to eat them, don't worry about the last part. |

| Thank you I mean I should have mentioned I'm wading aa I do this and at one spot they will chase a tube I drag and then just kinda loose interest the other spot where the bigger ones are I've had them even try to eat the fish I caught while reeling them in |

| Thanks guys for all your input and as for tackle I've been looking for a kinds general purpose musky rod to handle a variety of baits any good choices mins you I. Wade this entire time and some. Of these musky are pretty large 35" and larger |
