This is the first time I've logged onto MuskieFirst in quite a while. I am currently stuck in Kuwait and thought I would check the site out today. Just wondering how everyone's season is going and wondering if you guys would help me cure the Musky Blues right now. Post some pics of fish, your new lures, new rods, lets hear a good fishing story, hows the weather and bite going in Minnesota this year. Lets see and hear whatever you guys got. I need some good reading material and eye candy for the next couple of days. Thanks in advance.

well the world of the musky has been slow for me too, but that is partially because I am on one of the best bass bites over the past two weeks that I have been on in a few years anyway. hard to give up when it is literally every other cast.

.... I did hear someone in the MN metro caught a 57" this weekend. Over heard it on the news. Don't know who or even what lake. Just heard "giant 57" musky caught and released over the 4th weekend.... that's all I got.

Most importantly though - THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!

We just got back from a week long trip fishing walleyes and pike on Lac Seul. I made sure to get over to a musky lake for a day with my dad and father in-law. Caught a bunch of these little guys BUT had 54 follows...Went to the "zoo." Unfortunately wanted to go to the "petting zoo!"
