Here is some more information about our Members Challenge fishing day and Picnic.

Saturday June 25th
Lakes available to fish- Forest, Bald Eagle or White Bear Lake
Time 5:00 AM till 12:00 Pm - Picnic to follow starting at 1:00 PM
Cost Free

Our chapter always held a picnic the 3rd Tuesday night in June- Last year we decided to move it to a Saturday. We also included the Fishing as part of the days festivities.

This year we have renamed it the Jim Shannon Memorial Fishing and Picnic day.

The days fishing counts towards our league and the picnic is free.

Location of the picnic is the same as last year- Located between Hugo and Forest Lake. More details to follow.

There is a new traveling trophy being constructed by Brian Klobe in memory of Jim Shannon. Jim ran our picnics for 15 years.

This is an Individual Event and not a Team Event. There fore you can have as many members in your boat that you are comfortable fishing safely with.

I just posted the brochure Dan mentioned above for the Saturday June 25th event to the URLs below:

http://www.nmmuskies.com/outings/
and
http://www.nmmuskies.com/outings/annual-picnic/

If anyone has an open seat for Saturday's event I'd be interested...I'm on-call and if I get paged may need to be brought back to the landing to go fix down servers, etc.

Thanks in advance,
Dennis

I don't stand a chance at winning this one... I completely failed to pay attention to how the lures worked in the swimming pool last month!

Your in perfect position to win Geno. By having the not paying attention thing down, simply don't pay attention when fishing and you'll get fish.
