Has anybody used a Shimano Calcutta Conquest reel? Is it worth the price? Thanks.

What do you want the reel to do? Burn 10's....then no....HG Tranx is best....Rip big rubber...no HG Tranx is best. You want it for small blades, topwater, gliders, jerk baits, etc....then yes. It's an amazing reel...but has it's certain applications. I got my hands on one last year and the quality is awesome.
