After watching this morning's episode, I have to applaud Jason Mitchell. He has a great understanding of how muskies help aquatic ecosystems and he knows how to handle them properly. While walleye fishing on Leech Lake, he hooked up with a nice musky. With only a walleye net on board, he opted to net the fish while keeping the net in the water rather than bringing the netted fish aboard. He then picked up the fish for a brief photo, and quickly released her.

Thank you Jason, for being a world class angler!

Jason is great but maybe it was the ghost of Tony Dean that really took care of that musky. I've often thought about this. Who would win in a cage match. The ghost of Tony Dean or the ghost of Frenchy Lemay?
