How does a really good Eddie Bait move in the water? I've heard guys talk about how amazing they can be when properly balanced, but when I have tried them they haven't been too exciting. Is there a video of one really working well in the water?

Any suggestions on how to tune or weight them would be appreciated. I've got a couple in my tackle box, and I want to bring them to life.
