| Had a issue with my Beast HS (bad bearng)sent it in Monday to pure fishing and have a new reel and my old spool with line on it today. Can't beat the fast service and no bs! Abu for life! |

| Howdy,
Thanks for sharing your experience with Abu. FWIW I'm a Shimano guy and just last week opened a brand new Sustain 3000 that had an obvious gearing issue. So, while I'm still sticking with them, Shimano is not bulletproof either.

| I had a great experience with Abu this year as well. Both Shimano and Abu now have taken care of me flawlessly when it has come up. Both companies fixed the problem, paid the shipping, and worked quickly. It makes you feel good when you spend a lot of money on things and the place seems to appreciate you as a customer, its rare these days in other industries. |
