| I am currently running a 12 volt trolling motor. I have two batteries hooked together. I don't have a onboard charger so I have just hook a battery charger and hook it to one of the batteries and charge it. Will this charge both the batteries or do I have to charge both of he batteries separately.
Before next season I am going to get rid of my 12 volt trolling motor and upgrade to a 24 volt trolling motor. I my question is if I don't have a on board charger do I have to charge both batteries separate or if I hooked it to one of the batteries it will charge both of them at the same time. Or would it better to invest in a onboard charger and charge that way. |

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | 24 volt needs an onboard. Buy a Marinco system if you can. Then if you want, you can charge through the plug with the 12 Volt male plug. |

| Onboard or charge them separately, or go with the Marinco as suggested. |
