I'd like to paint the cover of my older 9.9 Suzuki because it is weathered and every time I rub against it I get the itchies because of the fiberglass. Can anybody please tell me what type of paint works the best on this? Thank you.

I'd contact Suzuki and ask. You can probably pick up the paint through them.

Testors Model Paint. It's made to bond to plastic and fiberglass.
A small spray can should be more than enough for your cover.
paint it, and then put new stickers back on.
