Which lakes do you guys like to fish? Eagle and LOTW have to be the most popular don't they?

I've gone to LOTW the last two years. Once to Sabaskong Bay and another time to Sabakosing Bay.

1 LOTW
2 Lac Seul ( it's just too hard and expensive to stay in the right area)
3 Eagle because of it's size
4 Winnipeg River system out of Minaki

I've been on most of them, but haven't been to Rowan yet..maybe if they ever invent a way to get my boat in there.....

The only way to get here is by float plane !
Lots of big fish and small fish
And NO pressure very uneducated fish
It's a bucket list trip once you have been here there's
Nothing else like it Really

How'd you guys get your boats to the resort if there's no road to it?

I believe during the winter on the snow or if they are small enough strapped to the float plane.

Very clear from the vids I've seen

Rowan Lake.

I have been fortunate to fish with Don Pursch on this magnificent lake for many years and will be back up there next month.

In no particular order:
Wabigoon. Love that dirty water...
LOTW NW Angle and Morson areas
LOTW Sioux Narrows area
Eagle...big fish there. Big fish.
Minaki, but quit going when the people showed up.

Never been to Rowan. It's magic, and Don can prove it. I guess we will both retire before I can get up there.
