Posts: 279 Location: Central Wisconsin | What can I say, my partner had a night he won't soon forget! He was only able to fish league once for the first two thirds of the season, and has been tearing them up ever since, putting a 39.5" in the boat his first night back, then Thursday night he single handedly propelled us from sixth place to second, landing a 36.5", a 38" and a 41.5" (in that order) in a 45 minute window. Now with only 6 points separating us from tieing for the lead, this Thursday night is sure to be a shootout! Posts: 56 Location: Stanley, WI | You just had to rub it in didn't you Dave? It was bad enough that we had to watch you guys boat all three, now we have to look at the pictures too? Good luck this week, I'm hoping for a feeding frenzy on Thursday!

Posts: 279 Location: Central Wisconsin | Thanks Matt, and good luck to you and everyone else too! It's been another fun year, fishing with a great bunch of guys. It's still anybody's to win, and we all now what can happen on this weeks lake group. It could be big fish, or numbers, all you need is a "45 minute window". I'm not quite sure what this change in weather/water temps will do, but everyone has to fish the same conditions and I'm sure someone will figure something out. For anyone that's "on the fence" about joining a local league, I highly recommend it. The guys involved in the Rhinelander league are some of the best!!!
