Posts: 1316 Location: Lebanon,Mo | Fishing this event solo, but if someone wants to join let me know. Kinda short notice, but thought i could offer someone a chance to fish Kinkaid. Bring some gear and must provide your own lodging and entry fee's. Fishing out of a '15 G3 V170C w/ 40hp,so no speed demon or handle a truckload of gear/kitchen sink

Posts: 1316 Location: Lebanon,Mo | Have not fished over there in couple years since the move to/from Florida, but have done pretty decent. Big fish '09 IMTT (46") on Kinkaid. I have several key areas i work depending on time of year/water temp.

Posts: 163 Location: NoDak | So I was hoping some one would fill the seat to make my choice easy. But I am reading on here about ice being on the lake yet and that suprises me but if the seat isn't filled. Maybe I would keep up on the short notice and decide on it Thursday.

Posts: 427 | The lake is open and early reports say the fish are hungry. Gonna be a good time with hopefully a lot of fish in the bag.

Posts: 1316 Location: Lebanon,Mo | About 30 teams, one 33" caught. Water high, muddy, full of debris. My new trolling motor quit an hour into the event. Brand new Terrova..stopped turning. Looking forward to round 2,Spring Lake.

Posts: 68 | We missed two fish. One up the creek in chocolate milk the other on the main lake. Bait seemed to be concentrated in some key areas but those were the only two fish we saw. If the weather keeps warming up and rain holds the next week should be really good. We'll see what today brings
