Haven't posted anything on here in a while but these baits will be auctioned off on this site next month so I hope to gain them some exposure for this great cause.

I had contacted OM last year to see how I could help and had started thinking about some ideas for baits. Mike King contacted me last fall wondering if he could purchase a few baits to donate. Mike is a reservist and retired active duty vet. Who was chosen for OM a few years ago and has since tried to help the cause. Of course we wouldn't allow him to pay for these baits but I want it to be known what a great guy he is to do all of this.

These baits were made in patriotic schemes and are one of a kind for this event.

They were made in honor of all of the men and women who have served this country I order to keep us safe.

The tropical lightning bait was made in honor of my grandfather who served in the 25th infantry in WW2 and was shot and injured on the island of Luzon. His metals and uniform as well as his musky hang on my walls and remind me daily of him. He was the one who taught me to fish the importance of catch and release. This bait is in honor of him and all of the 25th infantry division which is still active today.

Please help and be part of the auction and all of the great products that people have donated to the cause.

Andy - Can you send me the mailing address of Mike King to my e-mail at [email protected]. I've got some baits lying around that I'd like to donate for the Operation Muskie auction.

Best regards,

When is the auction? I don't have anything nearly as fancy, but I have a box with an assortment of lures that I made out of that reclaimed Redwood that I got. When do you want them, and where do I send them?
No matter what I do, it doesn't seem like enough.
Somebody let me know.
