Wondering the same. The imtt directors said they would notify us a week before the event if it was postponed or still on. Guess not havent heard a thing about it

I live nearby and though I haven't physically seen Spring Lake, most of the other shallow lakes around me still have quite a bit of standing ice. I would imagine that Spring should be similar. It will be one of the first lakes around fishable, but I would think we are still a week or so out from safe and boatable open water. With mid to upper 70's today it is going to help, but I would think we are still a week or so out from open water.
