Anyone tried these yet? My dad has a hard time with stay-lok snaps, big hands, arthritis, and a few other issues, so I'm wondering how well these would work.

Love them too. Just make sure you get them large enough to go over the shank of the lures you are using. Had several that were a size small and I ended up sprining them. You will inevitably lose a non floating lure if you make that mistake.

And there's no concern about a musky shaking/twisting the lure off?

If I am not mistaken, made by the same person who came up the with stayloc. I know people who use this snap and like it.

The guys who use these like them a lot and I can't say I've heard any issues with fish twisting them out.

 I worry about that, too. If they had one more twist around, I'd be more likely to try one.
