I'm thinking of buying a tica 8' telescopic rod. I can't find any info on how long the handle is up to the reel seat. I have a 7' tica and don't like the handle. I had to customize it to my liking due to the handle not being long enough. Can someone measure one from the bottom of the reel seat to the butt and tell me how long it is? I'm looking to buy both a heavy action and x-heavy. I assume they are both the same. Thanks!

15", 8' Tica 1-4 oz lure heavy action. same on the 8'6" XH, 1 - 8 oz lure.
